ľReporting any and all cases of non-compliance with entrance and or exit regulations and or procedures or other security requirements to company
ľCarry out day-to-day administration at reception counter of respective premises as directed by company representative

ľReceiving and forwarding to Company's appropriate staff complaints regarding inappropriate use of allocated car parks
ľReport any observation of suspicious action in his visibility/abnormal situation to competent authorities at once

ľReceive gate passes like person's gate pass, vehicle pass and material exit pass
ľEvaluate the passes application before sending to the
General Office
ľGive the gate pass applications to the applicants
ľBooking schedule for the conference room
ľAssisting to the higher management
ľReceiving documents from the contractors
ľProperly send the documents to the designated areas
ľMonitor and track all the documents
ľOver all in charge for all the contractors transactions
