Professional Experience
Experience in the management of Safety, Security, Health, Environmental and Quality (SSHEQ), both in the public and private sectors. Oil/Gas/Petroleum industry experience.Consultancy experience in SSHEQ Management gained as a co-owner and practitioner of a SSHEQ consultancy company in Zimbabwe and another one in South Africa.Through the years I have gained enormous and valuable experience and skills in SSHEQ Leadership, SSHEQ Risk Assessments and Management, SSHEQ Training, Working with Contractors, People Management, Operations and Integrity Management, Management of Change, Incident/Accident/Root Cause Analysis, and SSHEQ Management Systems Development, Implementation and Auditing.Trained extensively in BS OHSAS 18 001:2007, EMS ISO 14 001:2004 and QMS ISO 9001:2008 and I am registered and practise as a Lead Auditor for these management systems standards. I do carry out certification and surveillence audits in these systems mainly in the Manufacturing/Oil/Gas/Petroleum/Mining/Energy/EPC industries.
Eductation
-Bachelors Degree in Environmental Health. Major Subjects:- (1) Occupational Health 7 Safety (2) Air Pollution - MBA Environmental Management (Dissertation still outstanding)
