Professional Experience
• Study & review project’s scope of work, methodologies, technical specifications & conditions specified in the contract prior to establish a project schedule with proper work sequence of logical relationships and complete highlights of all important milestones such as contract signing date, project effective or start date, contract & planned completion date, engineering & procurement deliverables and others. • Frequently communicates and discuss with the project managers to ensure strict monitoring of their projects with respect to contract completion dates, budgeted man-hours and cost consumption. • Analyze the critical path of the project schedule, determines causes of delays and suggests solutions. • Generates & updates S-curves and project schedules in P6.7 or excel showing planned & actual progress percent, manpower & equipment’s planned & consumed hours, engineering deliverables and other necessary reports. • Prepares master list of all projects, manpower, equipment, resource histograms, updates Monthly Progress Reports & Progress Payment Schedules in Excel, Time Schedules & S-Curves every month for submission to clients for invoicing. • Reviews time schedules submitted by contractors with respect to the reasonableness of network logic, occurrence of float and appropriate level of details and identification of critical path. • Evaluates project work methodologies submitted by contractors whether it matches with the sequence of activities specified in the schedule. • Update Project schedules in P6 on weekly basis to determine the Periodic & Cumulative Plans, Actual & forecast Percentages of the Original & Revised Schedules and generate S-curve. • Evaluates & analyze issues causing project slippage and approval if necessary for contractor’s claims on time extensions. • Originates, initiates and identifies events of delays, notification, quantification and filing of claims for extension of time. • Develops engineering layouts and designs based upon the client’s specifications, requirements and site development plan.
