(Detached in Gas and Crude oil treatment plant, build by Saipem(Eni)/Lead, to work with commissioning team for pre-commissioning/commissioning activities & start up).
2005-2007 in vegetable oil company (cevital, Bejaia Algeria, with renewable contract) I was worked as rover operator in water boiler unit
My responsibilities are as follow: -apply the different procedures of start-up, shut down, revision and exploitation of the plant equipments. -supervise and observe both of the equipments, the parameters of functioning and the general state of the facilities. -attend to the work which will be realised in the plant by the PTW, ensure that the safety rules are applied and the facilities are safe and ready to the work start. -do periodic rounds to verify if there are any problems such as: leak, fire and do the necessary. -be at the first line of intervention in a case of fire or other serious problem. -Notify and collaborate with the control room. -Carry out different operations on the process respecting procedures and safety rules.
A strong knowledge in both the static and rotating equipments such as: separators, tanks, column, furnaces, electrostatics desalting, gas turbines pumps, compressors. And utilities equipment such as potable water, air compressor and dryers, nitrogen generator, flare system and oily water unit.
