Career Summary Quality Inspection and Records • Preparation of QC procedures, Inspection Test Plan and Records. • Prepare daily site reports. • Perform preliminary survey of works before commencement of job. • Participating in Testing and Commissioning Activities of gas pipelines. • Report any defective work or materials to management and manage all approvals. Preventive Maintenance • Assure the regular inspection and evaluation of all operating equipment. • Planning of preventive maintenance and planned shutdown maintenance in all areas. • Handling of gas leakage complaints effectively. Workplace Health and Safety • Establishing and monitoring the safety indicators and identifying safety hazards and eliminating their causes systematically. • Ensure that the safety practices are strictly followed. • Make regular site visits for making a risk assessment on equipment and hazards, and in case of any taking the necessary action. • Enforce accident/incident reporting and ensure that all accidents/incidents are properly reported.
