Current Job Instrumentation and Control Engineer at EMC (Egyptian Maintenance Company- Commissioning and Start-up Team). (Burullus for Gas phase VII - From August 2011 till now) Job Details - Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, start up and hand over activities. - Function test, loop check of process control instrument and Cause & effect. - Installation, calibration and maintenance of: 1- Transmitters (Honeywell, Yokogawa, Fisher, ABB) for measuring level, pressure, ΔP and flow. 2- Pneumatic (I/P converter) and Hydraulic (servo) control valves. 3- On/Off (Stop) valves and check valves. 4- Pressure switches, thermo switches, indicators (manometers, thermometers), thermocouples and RTDs. 5- Familiar with calibrating using 375 HART® and 475 HART® Field Communicator.
