Mr. Dover is an experienced civil and geotechnical engineer and highly skilled and effective project manager with over 30 years of practicing experience, with expertise in site development and engineering, geotechnics for large complex projects, and constructability evaluations. Projects have included site development infrastructure, port and harbor facilities, petrochemical facilities, tanks and pipelines, levees, bridges and roadways, municipal structures, water supply reservoirs, offshore facilities, power facilities, airports, earth dams, and commercial office buildings. He has successfully completed planning, feasibility, and design projects, and has extensive construction experience. He is frequently retained as a forensic consultant by owners and contractors on civil and geotechnical engineering issues related to design and construction. Mr. Dover has worked on projects on five continents, and brings a practical perspective to engineering design and construction.
