Professional Experience
A comprehensive 13 + years of extensive experience mostly spent in Welding, Piping, Tank and Steel Structure Inspection with exposure in petrochemical, oil and gas construction. My work involves site supervision, welding inspection and verification of pre-fabrication and installation of piping works, tanks and erection of structural steel. Ensure that all welding operations are in strict accordance with project requirements, code and standards and agreed engineering practices. Witness and inspect of Welder’s Performance Qualification Test. Perform line pipe checking and punch listing based on approved P & ID and Piping Arrangement Drawings. Review of Test Package which includes welding documents and NDT Reports for compliance prior to testing. Prepare work instructions and procedures, inspection and test plan. Coordinate with Welding, Piping, NDT, Sub-contractors and other disciplines assuring all work execution comply with project specifications, codes and standards. Perform inspection and verification of incoming materials from suppliers, review material certificates and test certificates. Highly familiar in interpretation of codes and standards such as: ASME, API, AWS and ASTM. Highly proficient in interpretation of Isometric Drawings, General Piping Arrangement Drawings P & ID and Structural Drawings.
