Tender Administrator – Subsea Services
 Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager – Subsea Services.
 Liaise with Clients relating to Prequalification (PreQ), Expression of Interest (EOI), Registration, and Invitation to Tenders (ITT) or Request for Quotations (RFQ).
 Liaise with internal departments (QHSE, Accounts, Operations and HR) and other Fugro Group Operating Companies worldwide during the preparation of PreQ, EOI and ITT documents.
 Liaise with Subcontractors to provide the required services, quotations, relevant technical specifications and QHSE supporting documents.
 Responsible for the preparation of Registrations, PreQ, and EOI documents.
 Assist the Commercial Manager and Project Managers during the preparation of Tenders relating to required services; questionnaires; technical specifications of vessels, Remote Operated Vehicles (ROV), and equipment; clarifications; confirmations; request for extensions; decline letters; commitment letters; tender bulletins; contracts; service or purchase orders; bid and performance bonds; certificates; insurances; financial and bank information; company track record; and organization charts, key personnel CVs; Quality and Health, Safety and Environment supporting documents.
 Ensure PreQ, EOI and Instructions to Tenderer are met and required documents are incorporated before submission.
 Raise Quality Management forms such as Bid Document Appraisal, Bid/No Bid Summary and Risk Assessment, Bid Transmittal Note, Bid Revision Summary, Initial Job Award Review, and Contract Review.
 Ensure prompt and safe delivery of PreQ, EOI and Tender documents either through email, fax, Fugro Secure File Transfer, CD and hard copies.
 Responsible for the quality control of newly received contracts by ensuring the document has been reviewed by relevant Senior Managers prior to signing, stamping and returning it to the Client.
