Production of EC formulation I manage the liquid formulation plant having production capacity of 30 ton/day SC formulation Currently SC plant is being installed, under my supervision these days. Humic Acid plant Complete fabrication / erection of Bio-Fertilizer Plant. Got experience, by active participation in R&D project of Bio-Fertilizer, this innovation is made very first time in Pakistan. I originated the concept of AMMONIUM HUMATE which was absolutely new technology and remained cost effective. Wet-able powder (WP) I supervise/manage the WP Plant and also erected a new WP Plant recently of 08 ton capacity per day. Water dispersible granules (WDG). I have gained experience of WDG plant. Granules formulation, I run and manage the production demand of two granules formulation plants each of capacity 25 ton per day. Seed processing plants. I have installed automatic rice seed dying and drying unit and took 4000 ton rice seed production in this year. Micronutrients I have quite adequate experience of micro nutrients formulation regarding Zn 10% liquid, NPK solid and liquid with growth regulator and mix micronutrients.
• Erection & Fabrication Experience of Installation a new Plant of SSP fertilizer 500 M.Ton/day Capacity. Granular SSP fertilizer Plant of 500 M.Ton/day Capacity. Powder SSP fertilizer Plant of 500 M. Ton/day Capacity. Sulphuric Acid Plant of Capacity 220 M.Ton/day Capacity.
