Professional Experience
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Project Engineer for Waste Management Process & Equipment. • Site supervision. • HSE support for the operation yard. • Work permit responsible. • Plant Operation on Hi Thermal Desorption Unit (HTDU). • ?In charge Refurbishment and assembling of Brandt Solids Control Equipment in workshop and/or warehouse. • Installation, Operation, Maintenance of Brandt Solids Control Equipment on Onshore / Offshore Drilling Rigs and installations. • Rig surveys for the installation of Brandt Solids Control Equipment and associated equipment. • Reporting – daily reports, mass balance, solids control efficiency. • Liaison between customer and manufacturing / operations support functions. • Prepare regular inventory report. • Waste Management Process: Construction, commissioning, servicing, trouble-shooting, installations and operation of Thermal Desorption plants. Plants treated Onshore / Offshore drill cuttings, recovering oil and water, allowing the treated cuttings to be disposed of as Non Hazardous waste. Duties included, training Multinational crews, developing maintenance, operational and safety programs.
