Key Responsibilities • Responsible for Maintenance and repair of: National Oil Well centrifuge pumps WIRTH TPK Mud Pumps DDM (top drive) Hydraulic roughneck – MH1899 Eagle light, Bridge crane TFM (tubular feeding machine) Pipe deck pipe handler 5 tons utility winch Varco elevator BX 4 Rotary table-Varco Power slips-Varco Shafer-BOP DEC- hydraulic skidding system • Maintain drilling rig engines, transmissions, heating systems, diesel electric generators and motors, hydraulic systems and other mechanical equipment • Disassemble machinery or equipment to remove parts and make repairs. • Examine parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear. • Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery or equipment. • Analyze test results, machine error messages, or information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems. • Record parts or materials used and order or requisition new parts or materials as necessary. • Supervise rig mobilization and de-mobilization (rig-up and tear-out) • Operate newly repaired machinery or equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs. • Ensure that the crew members work safely and effectively
