This organization delivers Engineering and OTS simulation solution models in oil and gas plant as well as power plants. The Dynsim and Hysis are the main tools involved in developing the simulation. Responsible to develop the simulator to match the client requirements.
• OTS SIMULATION Career achievements are Team lead for BTX plant, LNG unloading station, and GOSP. Carried out Model acceptance activity with client. Carried out Plant data alignment with delivered simulator for GOSP plant. P&ID , PFD reviews for developing the simulation. Modeling in Hysis.
Responsible for following activities. Review and defining the scope of P&ID to simulate. Review H&MB and define model building specification, Prepare documentation to maintain the quality of simulator. Plan the resources to meet the schedule. Communicate with client for updates, extract the data and freeze the data. oMonitor and maintain the progress of the team, support the team during model building phase. Involved in developing DCS emulation for Yokogawa. Perform different tests to maintain the quality of simulator.
