Professional Experience
• At present working with M/s Sohar International Urea and Chemicals Industries SAOC, (SIUCI) Oman as Dy.Manager-Process Engineering Department looking after Monitoring of Ammonia and Utilities Plant normal plant operation, Trouble shootings, modifications, Hazop and suggestion schemes technical evaluations and implementations. Earlier, involved in Erection / Pre-commissioning / commissioning / Operation activities of 2000 MTPD M/s Haldor Topsoe technology Ammonia Plant.
Earlier working as Shift Engineer-Ammonia with M/s Sohar International Urea and Chemicals Industries SOAG (SIUCI), Oman since 16th June¡¦2007 to 1st January 2010.
Ammonia plant is NG based 2000 MTPD M/s Haldor Topose Technology Denmark, as present plant is under normal operation. Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of Ammonia Plant has been completed on 24.04.2009. I have also involved in pre-commissioning / commissioning of Gas Turbine, HRSG, and Desalination, Demineralisation plant, Sea water and closed cooling water activities.
Project Experience: • Study/review of Process data sheets PFDs, P&IDs & Equipments specifications etc. in coordination with main Contractor Mitsubishi Heavy Industries • Involved in planning and execution of Projects & Erection activities. • Review of documents and transmittals received from MHI. • Review of Precommissioning and commissioning procedures. • Review of SOPs. • Involved in reviewing HAZOP studies. • Handling pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. • Involved in sustained load test. • Involve in preparation of standard operating procedure for start up and shutdown on Ammonia plant.

CFCL is the largest private sector urea manufacturer in India. CFCL complex comprised 2 nos Ammonia streams (HTAS & KBR) and 4 nos Urea streams (Snamprogetti & ACES-TOYO) along with other infrastructure. 1. Process Engineering & Technical Services: looking after Plant modifications and suggestion schemes technical evaluations and implementations. Also monitoring ¡V Ammonia Plant compressors performances, steam and energy balance.
