Operation, Maintenance and Erection of the Following equipment’s
1. Transformers up to 2MVA, 11kv/433V, Transformer’s parallel operation & Related PCC’s and knowledge in Ring main system, solkar protections etc.
2. HT/LT control & switch gears – SF-6, VCB, HT breakers, Gec alsthom, Crompton greaves, Larson&toubro, South Wales.
3. Diesel Generator sets English Electric, Daihatsu, siemens and also automatic Parallel operations systems, auto transfer switch panels
4. H.T/L.T, AC Slip ring and squirrel cage induction motors, DC motors and MCC’S
5. Knowledge of A.C variable frequency drives (ABB, LEN ZE, TELEMECANIQUE, SIEMENS.ETC)
6. Chillers systems and controls (3.3 KV York, carrier) and package units, window units, split AC units.
7. Water pumps fire hydrant pumps, cooling towers etc.
8. Hydraulic and pneumatic controls also UPS, Batteries (alkaline, lead acid) and general factory lightings.
9. Servo Voltage Stabilizers and Rectifiers.
10. Be familiar with about permit to work system policy and procedure. , also Health, Safety and Environment.
11. Well experienced in routine Electrical maintenance activities with involves preventive and Breakdown maintenance.
12. Problem identification and rectification with minimum down time.
