Plant Capacity: 10 MW Plant Detail: Jenbacher JGS320 (1MW)*4 Cater pillar 3512 (1MW)*3 Cater Pillar 3516 (1.6MW)*1 As an Electrical Engineer (I & C): • Worked on Pressure, Temperature, Level and Flow Loops. • Calibration of Pressure Regulators, Pressure Transmitters and Pressure Gauges. • Worked on thermocouples, RTD and temperature Controllers. • Worked on Pneumatic valves, Pressure Regulating valve and solenoid valves. • Calibration and maintenance of control valves. • Calibration of level flow temperature and pressure switches. • Calibration of Oil Mist Detector (OMD). • Worked at Boilers Instrumentation. • General troubles shooting. • Worked on Parallel operation of Jenbacher gas & cater pillar diesel engines to wapda (132kv) • Done Commissioning of Air Circuit Breaker, Bus bar & Auxiliary control panel. • Maintenance experience of 1 MW Gas/Diesel engine (Jenbacher & cater Pillar).
As a Trainee Engineer my responsibilities included: • Design procedure in transformer making. • To handle the inspection of transformer with wapda inspection team. • Complete Testing of transformers according to the consumer requirements. • To assure and control the quality matters during transformer manufacturing process.

• Go through Switch Gear manufacturing process. • Examine MV and LV Switch gears. • Go through the testing procedure of switch gear.
