• Wide exposure to perform pipe stress Analysis of various piping and pipelines using CAESAR II as per ASME B 31.3 , 31.4, 31.8. • Stress analysis of piping system connected to equipment such as Pumps, Heat Exchanger, Tank, columns, steam drum, Reboiler, Compressor, PSV system, Flare and steam systems, and pipe racks. • Preparation of Critical Line List for Perform Flexibility Analysis of Critical pipe line • Carrying out all calculation related to stress analysis of the system such as nozzle displacement of various equipment’s, API 610 Pump Nozzle load check , Flange Leakage calculations, and WRCB check(In-house software) etc.. • Perform modal analysis for two phase flow as per client requirement. • Expansion loop sizing & Preparation of Piping load data & nozzle load data. • Selection of Support and spring hanger &Spring Hanger Data sheet. • Responsible for establishing Load cases for seismic analysis, Wind analysis, Hydro test load cases and PSV analysis load case philosophies. • Preparation of Stress analysis report & Review of vendor drawings and co-ordination with other department such as Process, Equipment’s and Civil • Analysis the system to ensure Stress, Loads and Displacement are within the limit as per project requirement • Preparation of Support sketches for special supports.
