Job profile
ľ Responsible for providing support and commercial advice for Project Engineer and Material Sourcing Specialist during the tendering and/or placement of Purchase order such as: ľ Placing and receiving both technical and commercial Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the specific scope, including coordination of technical reviews, conduct price comparisons and recommend awards ľ Creation of all non-automated Purchase Orders ľ PO maintenance including updating of deliver status ľ Expediting activities from the purchase order placement to material delivery at a point final delivery ľ Seeking approval for deviation from PDO Procedures, where necessary. ľ Coordination of unplanned/rush material deliveries with PDO nominate Logistics Service Provider (LSP). ľ Identifying, diagnosing and maintenance activities of all automated Purchase Order activities post creation (e.g. expediting, delivery date updates etc.) ľ Streaming automation daily error report and act on the recommended action. ľ Promote PDO, s reputation through effective management of Vendor relationships, particularly those involved in automated contracts.
ľ Preparing PO (Purchase Orders) in SAP & Issuing to the Suppliers. ľ To Procure the Different Material (Piping, Structural, Civil, Chemicals, Lubricants, Consumables, IT Related, Stationery, etc.)
