EIL/ (Engineers India Ltd.), New Delhi Commissioning Engineer, Nov' 2006 to Dec '2008 Unit Operations Management: • Develop schedules, and undertake pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for the HPCL, Mumbai Refinery Expansion Project. • Undertake loop checking of various sections of the Utilities (Flare, Nitrogen and Cooling Water) NHT, CCR, and Plat forming section, along with line purging and leak checking at operating pressures. • Purge these areas and conduct leak tests at the operating pressures. • Conduct various pre commissioning checks tests and liquidate formats with co-ordination of client and licensor. • Check Control Valve Strokes, various interlocks and modify DCS Display as per process requirements. • Supervise various plant processes in shifts such as Catalyst Reduction, Sulphiding of the Pre-desulphurisation Catalyst. • Conduct Hazop Studies.
