Over all maintenance diesel Engines 10 to 1500kva like Caterpillar, komatsu, Sdmo, Semestamford, marathon and cummins.
Observing the working procedure of generators, fuel pumps & motors,
Carries out preventive maintenance of fuel pumps, valve, compressors& motors,
Monitoring the consumption & spillages of fuel,
Understand the basic principle of electricity, voltage, amperage, frequency and poser factors.
Troubleshooting mechanical problems of Heavy machinery equipment CAT engines like 3054,3116,3126B,3176,3304,3306,3406,3408,3412,3508,3512,C6.6,C-9,C-18,C-27 & C-32.
Ensuring proper paper work of readings, panel readings, & weekly fuel consumption reports etc,
Organizing working activity of day by day works,
Adapt in report writing, recordkeeping, and personnel management.
Monitoring the erection alignment of generators & fuel Pumps perform the extended load test on generators.
Attending to break down of these generators.
Co-coordinating with the clients during the erection activities.
Knowledge in handling of all kind of Forklifts and Vehicles.
Responsible for Service maintenance.
Co-ordinating with my co-workers at any kind of situations.
Ensure that all relevant safety procedures have been followed.
