RegScan Acquires Pilko Checkpoint Audit Protocols

RegScan, Inc., a national leader in online tools that provide easy access and interpretation of regulatory data, announced that it had acquired all the products and assets of Pilko Checkpoint Audit Protocols. The Checkpoint Audit Protocols are a leading tool for compliance with energy sector regulations. The protocols will be relaunched as Checkpoint Energy Audit Protocols and will be fully integrated within the RegScan Global Compliance System and its Socrates Compliance Knowledge Management System. The merger of the two products will create a valuable new set of services for the energy sector.
