ExxonMobil Selected as Supplier of Engine Products

ExxonMobil Lubricants and Petroleum Specialties3, a division of Exxon Mobil Corporation, has been selected as the preferred supplier of oil engine products for Nissan North America4. As a result, Nissan and Infiniti dealers in the United States will recommend Mobil-branded engine oil products for all dealer-based vehicle service and have access to ExxonMobil sales and marketing support.

“Mobil 1, Nissan and Infiniti have among the highest brand recognition in the automotive industry,” said Jeff Eckstein, Americas strategic accounts sales manager for ExxonMobil Lubricants and Petroleum Specialties. “Nissan and Infiniti customers will appreciate the peace of mind that comes with putting the performance and protection of Mobil products in their engines just as Nissan and Infiniti dealers will enjoy the experienced sales and marketing support ExxonMobil provides.”

The program is rolling out during the third quarter of 2010, when consumers will see Mobil and Mobil 1 branding prominently displayed at U.S. Nissan and Infiniti dealer service shops.
