Redeployment of Non-Essential Expatriate Personnel

Consistent with the recommendation of the U.S. State Department, Apache has redeployed all non-essential expatriate personnel and all expatriate dependents from Egypt. Key expatriate personnel will remain in-country to work alongside Egyptian national personnel to manage ongoing production operations. Apache's production, located in remote locations in the Western Desert, has continued uninterrupted. Apache has maintained open communication channels with its office in Egypt.

Apache personnel and dependents will return to Egypt when conditions warrant.
