Minister of Oil and State Minister for National Assembly Affairs Dr. Mohammad Al-Busairi formed Thursday a fact-finding committee tasked with looking into the consultancy deal signed between Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) and Shell oil Company (SHELL).
KOC said in a press release that the decision, made by Kuwait Petroleum Corporation's (KPC) Chairman of the board Al-Busairi, would enable the committee to review all aspects of the agreement.
The press release also noted that the committee, formed by the High Council for Petroleum in Kuwait, would have three months to fulfill its' duties, adding that a complete report should surface after the conclusion of the allocated period.
