KPC, Bharat Petroleum Sign USD 220 Mln Worth Contract

Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) and India's Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., signed a contract involving USD 220 million on the export of 195,000 tons of liquefied natural gas (LNG) annually.

The deal was signed, Kumar Mehra, deputy managing director of Bharat Petroleum told reporters here. Mehra made the remarks on the sidelines of the first Golf Championship of KPC and its subsidiaries.

He added that the value of commercial deals between the two corporations amounted to USD two billion.
