Offshore Morocco Program Ahead of Schedule Farmout

Pura Vida Energy NL ("Pura Vida" or "the Company") has been successful in accelerating the two year work program on its Mazagan permit, offshore Morocco, where the Company has a significant 75% operator interest. We now expect to complete the entire initial work program in September of this year.
