EnQuest PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Phil Nolan as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 August 2012. Phil has held a number of senior positions in the oil & gas sector including serving as executive director of BG Group plc and chief executive officer of Transco, in addition to his previous roles as head of acquisitions & disposals at BP Exploration and managing director of Interconnector (UK) Ltd. He is currently chairman of John Laing plc and the Irish Management Institute and serves as a non-executive director at Ulster Bank Ltd and Providence Resources Plc.
