Gamesa, global leader in technology in the wind energy sector, has signed an agreement with the German real capital asset manager KGAL GmbH & Co. KG for the sale of three wind farms in France and one in Germany, with a total installed capacity of 56 MW, to KGAL's renewable energy fund for institutional investors - European Sustainable Power Fund 2. The farms Quatre Vallées I and Quatre Vallées II, with a capacity of 12 MW and 20 MW respectively, are both situated in the region Champagne-Ardennes, in Northeastern France, while the Souvigné farm, of 8 MW, is located in the region Poitou-Charentes, in the West of France. They are all equipped with the G90X-2.0 MW wind turbine. Souvigné and Quatre Vallées I are already active and the construction of Quatre Vallées II will start soon.

Meanwhile, the German Sarow farm of 16 MW, in the Northeast of the country, in the Mecklenburg-West Pomerania State, is under construction, and will also be equipped with the G90X-2.0 MW turbine. Gamesa's presence in France dates back to the year 2000. Since then, as a wind power developer, the company has set up 126 MW in France and has a portfolio of 661 MW in different stages of development.

In this market, Gamesa is also a reference industrial group, with the installation of 648 MW. In addition, the company is currently developing Operating and Maintenance services (O&M) for 30 wind farms with a capacity of more than 406 MW in the country.
