Iranian minister of petroleum, Rostam Qasemi, says Enhancing Recovery Consortium (ERC), should be fully operational up to the end of Shahrivar (21 September).
Speaking at the first meeting of Enhancing Recovery Consortium’s board of trustees, Qasemi said that members of the consortium should deploy all their actual and potential capabilities to implement applicable research plans in oil fields.

The consortium will examine presented plans and then will propose them to NIOC for making a final decision on their implementation.
