Scope of Work
Over a period of time and due to various reasons, the existing fireproofing of the process plant fire potential equipment, vessels, column, pipe rack etc. within the NGL Plant areas has deteriorated. The company intends to replace or repair as necessary the deteriorated fireproofing in these areas. The company requires applying new Passive Fire Protection (PFP) coating to certain fire potential equipment, vessels, columns, pipe racks and steel structural members. The existing fireproofing of the fire potential equipment, vessels, columns, pipe racks and structures in NGL plant areas are due for routine re-application of topcoat material for protection of the existing fireproofing. This shall also be carried out as part of the services. The company also intends to inspect and replace as necessary any deteriorated anchor bolts, washers and nuts of the plant equipment supports, vessels and columns.
