Scope of Work
Supply of #4 single meter run gas orifice metering skids for gas to flare measuring with defferent header size as shown bellow:
1- Two metering skids (low and high pressure flare) for ammara deg.station with header size 8"
2- Two metering skids (low and high pressure flare) for noor deg. station with header size 10". Each meter run to be supplied on structural skid and should include as minimum: -
-Dual chamber orifice fitting with suitable plates to give range overlap.
-Up stream flow conditioners
- Differential pressure flow transmitter and 3- valve manifold.
- Pressure transmitter and bleeding gauge valve.
- Temperature transmitter and thermo well.
- Field mounted flow computer
- Appropriate drain / purge valve.
Process data
Fluid: natural gas.
Flow rate: min 2.5 mmscf/d -max 20 mmscf/d.
Normal flow rate: (2.5 -10) mmscf/d
Meter type: orifice plate
Operating press. : 2psig- 10psig for low-pressure flare
10 psig - 80 psig for high-pressure flare
Operating temp: (0°c) - (55°c)
