Scope of Work
This Project will provide enhanced safety and security control of the Refinery internal fenced area by dividing it into four (4) distinct Zones with integrated access control and CCTV monitoring at the entrance/exit of each Zone. The four (4) Zones are as follows:
Zone 1 (None Process Area) - Entrance/Exit to Zone 1 is controlled from the Main Security Gate. This Zone will cover New Administration Building (Sub-zone), Existing HR Building and all Parking areas. Proposed new Security Gate House & Security Admin Building will be another sub Zone. The requirement for entrance to Zone 1 and new Security Gate House & Admin Building are covered under a different on going Contract.
Zone 2 (Process Area) - Entrance/Exit to Zone 2 is controlled from the Safety Gate House. This Zone consists of all existing Buildings inside the main Refinery area and process area. Sub-zone will be Central Control Building (CCB).
Zone 3 (Warehouse) - Entrance to Zone 3 is controlled from the Refinery Road warehouse entrance and the second entrance from inside the Refinery.
Zone 4 (SEEF) - Entrance to Zone 4 is controlled at the SEEF entrance on Refinery Road; this Zone has a Sub-Zone being the process area.
This Project will implement an IP based integrated Access Control Management System (ACMS) and CCTV System in Refinery to enhance the safety and security in line with the corporate industrial security policy. This Project will interface with another ongoing Project i.e. New Gate House and Security Administration Building in QP Refinery, Contract for which will be awarded soon.
