Scope of Work:
Management and operation of KJO central warehouse and technical provision of services comprising:
· Material receiving (stock, direct charge and projects).
· Unloading, opening, conducting inspection, labeling, marking, bar coding, and re-packing.
· Transferring, storing, staking at different Yards and warehouses.
· Issuing material to users.
· Delivering material to users at different units.
· Housekeeping and regular cleaning of Yards and warehouses.
· Applying proper preservation methods to materials including provision and application of preservation.
· Preparation for storage of materials including necessary carpentry work, fabrication and repairing of wooden pallets etc.
· Safeguarding of Yards and storage location.
· Rendering documentation and administrative assistance, related to issuance, receipts of materials and on materials discrepancies.
· Technical and administrative support services.
· Other works and services that may be instructed by the company and any other works and services that may be necessary for and to achieve the intent of the contract not specifically mentioned in this scope of works.
