Scope of Work
Drilling assembly inspector equipments Qty 1 Unit.
The Main Function:
1- The main inspector should be fixed and the full D/P body will go through it.
2- Full body flaw detection for D/P (2 7/8 to 5 ") O.D and (6m to 12.5m) length by electromagnetic – electronic sonoscope or equivalent.
3- To detection the crakes, pit and abnormal thickness area in the D/P body.
4- To inspect the connection area and threads (crakes, flaw….)
5- Ultra sonic wall thickness measuring (5mm to 15 mm)
6- Drill pipe measuring gauge (2 7/8 to 5") O.D
Specification:
1- The drill pipe inspector should be new and not renewed, and based on new technology.
2- The display should be color screen.
3- All data should be display processed, and stored.
4- The data should be graphic and digital reading, and alarm
5- The instrument should be equipped with all equipments to make all mentioned functions
6- The bidder should be responsible to training technical group for 15 days, on installation and operation all equipments in work shop. SPC bear the expensive of accommodation, food and transportation.
7- The bidder should be submit catalog and data sheet enclosed with the offer
8- The bidder should be submit two copies of operation and maintenance manual, two copies of software on CD or DVD and interface between the instrument and the personal computer with shipment if necessary.
9- The bidder should be specify origin country. Manufacture and model.
10- Technical guaranty one year after receiving and operation in the field.
11- Recommended S/P for (3) three years operation should be offered with the offer.
12- Power full system should be 220-380 v – 50 HZ.
13- Sensor protection; IP 54 EX .proof.
14- Ambient temperature (-10, -50c')
15- Relative humidity 80%
16- The bidder should be supply all sensors, cables, special tools, and consumable are required for installation and operation.
17- The bidder should be supply all devices to move and drive the D/P to the fixed inspector.
18- The bidder should be supply ISO certification from the manufacture.
