Scope of Work
The company invites proposals to hire blow out well control services for the wells on rate running contract for two years period. These services can be utilized on as and when required basis. The requirement is detailed below:-
- The scope of worked will encompass the provision of Well Control Services and recommendations to well control operations. In addition to recommendations, the report to provide options varying levels of resources including personnel, equipment and support services. Each option will be structured to achieve the objective of completing the well control operation procedures safety and economically.
- The rates are to be provided as per attached format on lump sum basis with 07 days anticipated assignment with two professionals. The instructions given at format to be strictly followed by the bidders otherwise the proposal will not be considered for further evaluation. Any other rates than given format can be provided separately if desired.
