Scope of Work
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the provision of insurance services for the 2013 insurance program for the following US Dollar based policies:
A- Property & Third Party Liability for financed assets
B- General Third Party Liability
C- Aviation Hull & Liability
D- Erha Operational Insurance (Property, Control of Wells and Re-drilling, Third Party Liability)
The Insurers shall retain a percentage of the risks in the country in line with the relevant laws and guidelines. The Lead underwriter will liaise with the appointed Broker and Re-insurance Broker for the purpose of reinsurance, good underwriting, claims administration, policy documentation, endorsements, and general insurance administration as may be necessary.
