Scope of Work
The scope of work consists of provision on a call-out basis, personnel and equipment required to accomplish, as a minimum, the following:
A- Cased Hole Logging Services Onshore:
The scope of work covers production logging, casing/tubing integrity testing, cement evaluation tools , tubing and casing perforation, pipe recovery services, plug and packer setting, gyroscopic surveys, noise/temperature/pressure logging.
B- Downhole Gauges Services:
The scope of work covers: installation of downhole gauges - Storage of Memory Gauges services accessories and inland transportation, - Assembling, testing, loading out the GOODS and COMPANY SUPPLIED ITEMS for onshore operations, Providing an Engineering follow up during Operation. Post-offshore operation services: redress and storage of GOODS.
C- HD Wireline Fishing Services:
The scope of work covers: Provision of Heavy Duty Fishing Unit(s) to perform Heavy Duty Fishing job in Oil and Gas wells with high deviation or high dog legs. The pulling performance of braided line would allow retrieval of cables and devices stuck in well, when slickline unit (0.125) cannot be used due to the limitation of pulling capacity at 2000 Lbs.
D- Mechanical Well Bore Cleanout Services:
The scope of work covers: Running and servicing pre completion well bore cleaning tools to comply with the COMPANY well program. A rigorous multi stage clean-out procedure (including the use of displacement pills along with scrapers, and brushes) will be used to optimize wellbore and fluid cleanliness, while minimizing rig time required for clean out operations.
E- Perforation Services:
The scope of work covers various Perforation Operations utilizing Tubing Conveyed Perforation (TCP)
F- Upper Completion Services:
The scope of work covers provision and installation of completion equipment on company’s contracted drilling rigs under company’s supervision, and the preparation onshore and supervision assistance with running the Completion Equipment, including company provided items, for installation in the wells.
G- High Pressure Pumping Services:
The scope of work covers: provision of High Pressure Pumping with Modular Pumps for acid jobs and diesel pumping, during completion and workover operations. The contract is estimated for a duration of two years firm with an optional extension period of one year.
