Renaissance Enters into JV for Contract Services

The Contract Services Group (CSG) of Renaissance Services SAOG has formed a joint venture in the United Arab Emirate of Abu Dhabi under the name Renaissance Facilities Management Services LLC. The new company will provide catering, cleaning and facilities management services to onshore and offshore oil and gas companies, and services to organizations in the healthcare, education, defense, commercial and industrial sectors.

Renaissance Services already has significant marine and engineering operations in the UAE market through its Adyard Abu Dhabi operations and Topaz Engineering and Topaz Marine companies. However, this is the first entry for the contract services operations.

The Contract Services Group is among the Sultanate’s leading contract catering and facilities service providers and is an excellent example of an Omani company that has successfully expanded internationally after achieving a leadership position in the local market.
