Baraka Petroleum Limited is pleased to announce that it has put a draft proposal to the Government of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania (Mauritania) to assist in the development of a proposed Mauritanian oil and gas pipeline system.
In accordance with Baraka’s long standing efforts to promote the Taoudeni Basin and Mauritania’s oil and gas industry, Baraka believes the proposal will ensure the development of the country’s oil and gas reserves for the benefit of all Mauritanians and deliver significant and far reaching benefits for the country as a whole.
Baraka also believes the proposal will accelerate the development of Mauritania’s oil and gas reserves for the benefit of the Mauritanian oil and gas industry.
The proposal is currently being considered by the Mauritanian Government and Baraka will make an appropriate announcement should any formal agreements be concluded.
