The acquisition included approximately 25,000 acres within EQT's core Marcellus development areas of Washington, Greene, and Allegheny counties. The remaining 42,000 Marcellus acres are unlikely to be developed due to near-term lease expiration. |

Austin signed a non-binding Letter Of Intent in Pathfinder Niobrara project, under the agreement Austin will Farm-out 30% of its 85% WI in the project, and will be carried for 100% of the drilling costs of the next 2 horizontal wells. Also it will maintain a 55% interest in the project and will remain as the operator, and it will pay $6 million per well for drilling costs in its 85% interest. |
