Experience in maintenance/repairs of diesel engines(main engines and generator engines), pumps, pneumatic compressors, hydraulic plants, refrigerating plants, shipboard mechanical plants, maintenance of electric plants/automation, maintenance of hydraulic cranes
Experience in ship supplying
Experience in shipyard new building and repairs (electromechanical side)
September 2006- present time: Port Engineer. Employed by Tide Water International, in Angola,Malongo base.
Duties: Day to day contact point between shore base and vessels. Ensure that all repair works carried out on board and ashore by Base Personnel or in conjunction with ships crew including deliveries are in complete accordance with the requirements of SMS. Routinely arranges for supply of necessary resources to the vessel.
2003 – july 2006 Maritime Chief Engineer. Employed on board of ships owned/managed by Wagenborg Shipping Holland, Portline S.A. Portugal, Carisbrooke Shipping Ltd. UK.
Duties :-keeping up-to-date of inventories and ordering for all ship main spares, materials and tools
-engine crew training for safety on work and operation in emergency situations
-fuel / luboil / materials/chemical substances consuming reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
-engine room monthly running hours reports
-engines and machinery overhauling reports
-works and maintenances reports / maintenance planning
-measurements and trials reports
-survey of new building or the repairs made by shipyards or workshops
-Implementing of ISM onboard or keeping up-to-date of other I.S.M. forms
1999 – 2003 Maritime Second Engineer. Employed on board of ships owned/managed by CMA-CGM France, Rederei Montalex Holland, Wagenborg Shipping Holland.
Duties: Engine room routine checks, maintenance of machineries according to plans, accidental repairing, handling and surveillance of daily activity in engine room.
