Eight years of experience in Project Control Services and Contract Administration in oil industry offshore Projects for Exploration & Infrastructure phases.
- Ten years of experience in Accounting in Project Activities, including Cost Control, Forecast, Planning and Budget handling.
Responsible for Project Controls of both Planning and Cost departments for the Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication & Construction of Corocoro Project. Develop, implement & control project procedures, schedules budgets, estimates, and scope change orders, with computerised systems (PIMS/SAP & Primavera). Carry out risk analysis on both schedules and Budgets). Update budget with actual incurred, forecast, cash flow and escalation rates. Update expenditure to show all trends, status, forecast & prepare scenarios. Evaluate all bids and revised Control Budgets/Schedules submitted by contractors. Visiting contractors in both USA and Venezuela to review & audit them for all articles of the contract under Project Controls. Negotiate any claims or change orders from contractors. Prepare & present all reports for Senior Management, Partners.

The Supervisor, Commercial and Project Control (SCPC) main responsibilities are to ensure that the CPF Team adheres to the CVCA Contracting and Procurement Policy and Procedures. The SCPC administers the cost and planning function of the project and to monitor actual versus scheduled progress and actual expenditures versus budgets and Approved for Expenditure (AFE’ s) and is responsible for processing, summarizing, and communicating appropriate information to all key parties in a timely manner.
·Assist the CPF Manager in Providing Project Control leadership, guidance and direction to the CPF Team, in communicating project control objectives from the business units to the CPF Team; in the development of the project organization and approve selection of key resources; in the Implementation, review applicable Project Control project policies, procedures, budgets, cost trends and schedules; in coordinating and interface with the Installation Manager to ensure a seamless transfer of Care, Custody and Control of the major CPF Facility Components from the Fabrication Team to the Transportation and Installation Team and then to the Hookup and Commissioning Team;
·Assist the CPF Manager in providing for interface coordination between the CPF Team, Project Management Team (PMT) and internal and external organizations including:
