Attending business calls and responding them accordingly. Screening telephone calls and numbers for easy assessment. Filing and routing of documents, control over the whole office documentation, control over incoming/outgoing faxes and e-mail, Control of staff records like passport, residential permit, and leave records. Control of office stationary and other equipment. Checking bills for payments like, telephone, electricity & water, assisting senior accountant in preparation of monthly statements, salaries, overtime sheets and final accounts.
