Stay market leader in the oil industry by development of more outlets as well as conversion from old vision to new vision outlets.
Achieved results till closure of FY 07:
Closed FY 07 with positive results in two products. Achieved sales targets of PMG (9.2% above objective) and Lubricants (8.4% above objective).
Zero tolerance policy was adopted which minimized the quality and quantity complaints from the customers in my area.
Three new outlets were established which directly effected the competitor’s market share in my area.
Two cancelled outlets were restored; two old outlets were converted to New Vision outlets which helped in profit making of the company.
Took charge of a company operated outlet where all Marketing/Sales/Finance/Human Resource policies have been implemented to get the maximum profits for the company.
Despite oil shortage in the country and rising oil prices, sales targets of all three petroleum products (Diesel, Petrol, Lubricants) were achieved before closure of FY08.
