HR Snr Supervisor-Recruitment & Administration
Reporting to: Deputy HR Manager

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
•Supervise the recruitment activities to ensure timely recruitment quality.
•Establish a comprehensive HR service for departments and staff, communicating and providing interpretation and advice on HR policy and employment legislation.
•Ensure the efficient and effective communication and application of HR Administration and corporate policies and procedures on site, and adherence to Yemeni employment legislation.
•Participate in the plant management daily & weekly meetings and prepare the HR related reports.
•Prepare HR recruitment and administration monthly report.
•Manage the employee issues and recommend solutions to the HR management.
•Analyze the yearly performance appraisal exercise and participate in the salary increases, retroactive payments and performance bonus calculations.
•Supervise SAP HCM key users (Organisation Management, Personnel Administration and Time Management).
•Conduct HR induction for the new national staff to ensure that the new recruit has been given thorough awareness of the HR policies and procedures. Also conduct exit interview.
•Participate in the yearly salary survey and Group Life Insurance tender process.
•Ensure the confidentiality of the HR data and documentation are maintained.
•Monitor and coach the collaborators activities, evaluate and improve the team performance.
•Liaise with the main office immigration team to ensure that the expats visa, work permit and resident visa proceed on time.
•Participate in the Company Emergency Response team as HR representative.

SAP HCM Project -Lead User
Reporting to: SAP HCM Project Manager

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Facilitate and communicate the project activities with the key users, consultants, finance and IT teams.
•Participate in the blueprint phase with the HCM key users and the consultants.
•Participate in the UAT (User Acceptance Test) and signed off the UAT certificate.
•Define the key user’s authorization matrix with the consultants.
•Participate in the SAP HCM committee meetings.
•Follow up the key users Change Requests with the SAP team and the consultants.
