•Combustion Inspection of GE Frame 6-Gas Turbine(GT).
•Reviewing, executing functional, and pre commissioning test procedures, Co-ordination, and supervision of field Engineers and Technicians.
•Attending daily Mechanical meeting and submitting the daily progress report to Rotating Equipment Manager. and Interfaces with other disciplines and third parties
•Fully involved in various pre-commissioning activities such as Steam/ Air blowing, Lube oil flushing, Turbine, Compressor and Pump – mechanical runs and solo runs.
•Inspecting various parameters such as Vibration, Bearing temperature, Sound, RPM, and Alignment Checks.
•Preventive and Predictive Maintenance program set up and execution.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shadan College of Engineering and Technology (SCET) with 67%.
University: - JNTU Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh, India).

1_Certified in “PREVENTIVE MAINTANENCE OF MACHINE TOOLS” by Advanced Training Institute(ATI)INDIA.
2_Certified in “QUALITY CONTROL AND ENGINEERING INSPECTION ” from Advanced Training Institute(ATI)INDIA.
3_Certified in MEP(Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) by First point construction services private limited.
4_Certified in CAD/CAM by National institute of micro,small and medium enterprises(Ni-MSME).

•Maintenance special training: RCA (reliability centered maintenance), TPM (Total Productive maintenance), Kaizen (Continuous improvement), performance and efficiency engineering, lean manufacturing, metrics, and troubleshooting techniques

•Preventive: Development and implementation of scheduled maintenance programs and lubrication plans, overhauls, outages, inspections, draft tasks, instruction books, procedures, checklists, and emergency response programs.

•Predictive: Development and implementation of data collection systems and programs, fault trees, root cause analysis, temperature and vibration spectrum analysis, lubrication analysis, thermal growth, alignment and bearing management, Infrared monitoring and analysis, report and procedure drafting, and trend analysis and spectrum generation to prevent breakdowns.
