Foresight Solar will host a Capital Markets Event for institutional investors and sell-side analysts on Monday, 13 May 2024, between 3pm and 5:30pm, followed by refreshments.
The event will be hosted by the Board, along with the Investment Manager, and will include opening remarks from Claire O'Neill, the former energy and COP26 minister.
The afternoon sessions will include, among other topics:
· A granular breakdown of portfolio performance and asset management, delving into UK operational excellence and analysis of headwinds in Australia
· Detail on what the remainder of the 200MW divestment programme might look like and how assets are selected for sale
· Considerations on the optimal capital structure and information on the plan to further reduce variable rate debt
· A deep dive into the growing proprietary development pipeline and targeted investment themes, and how potential future NAV uplifts underpin the greater focus on a trading strategy and long-term NAV growth
