Southland Awarded $56 million Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility Project

Southland Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: SLND and SLND WS) (“Southland”) announced today that a subsidiary in its Civil segment, Oscar Renda Contracting, has been awarded a $56 million contract to construct a new wastewater treatment plant facility in the Southwest.

The scope of work includes construction of a new headworks facility, influent pump station, extended aeration basin, blower building pad, administration building, and UV disinfection facility.
