Postponement of Bid Submission Date for Battery Energy Storage for BESIPPPP

The Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (the DMRE) announces the extension of Bid Submission Date and the revised timeline allocated for Preferred Bidders to achieve Commercial Close for the BESIPPPP Bid Window 3.

Potential bidders will be able to register bids on the IPP website at www.ippstorage.co.za up until 20 (twenty) business days prior to the Third Bid Submission Date.

Further communication will be provided through the Department’s IPP Office.
