K. Eskaziev graduated from the Oil Faculty of the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute named after V. I. Lenin, majoring in mining engineer and geologist. He has the scientific degree of Doctor of Geology and Mineralogy.
He started his career as an operator in "Embimunay" production association.
In 2006-2024, he managed the representative office of "Embimunaygaz" and "KazMunayGas "Exploration and Production" JSC , "KazMunayGas" NC JSC in Aktau , "Kalamkas-Khazar Operating" LLP, holding various positions.
Executive director for oil and gas production, managing director for geology, geophysics and reservoirs, chief geologist, managing director for non-operational assets of NC "KazMunayGas" JSC. worked as the deputy chairman of the board for exploration , production and oil service , geology and exploration .
K. Eskaziev is a laureate of the state prize in the field of science and technology named after Al-Farabi . Awarded the "Kurmet" Order.
